(a) If State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee had settled the cases which had been decided by Vinicchaya Committees, through the respective province (or) State Samgha Maha Nayaka Committee, Let the provisions (or) State head of Sasana to carry out implementation.

(b) Also the provision (or) State heads of Sasana by taking the opinions of Region (or) State government organizations and Samgha Committees, submit the case to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, take direction from the latter and then carry out the implementations.

(c) During implementation, if the accused or anyone does not follow the decisions. The Region (or) State heads of Sasana prosecutes them in civil courts according to the ace of protection and looking after the Vinaya Dhammakamma cases and decisions.
