(a) According to the decision of the State Samgha Maha Nayaka Committee one settled religious offence must be regarded as township settled case, if it has been judged by township Vinicchaya Committee of Venerable Monks and no one Sumitteed appeal to State Samgha Maha Nayaka Committee till the expiry date of appeal as its appeal is ended.

(b) According to the decision of State Samgha Maha Nayaka Committee one settled religious offence must be regarded as Region or State settled offence if it has been judged by Region or the State Samgha Nayaka Committee and no one submitted appeal to the State Samgha Maha Nayaka Committee the expiry date of appeal as it,s appeal is ended.

(c) The Vinicchaya decisions for which no appeal is sumitted untill expiry date of appeal must be regarded as appeal ended decisions.
