The selectiion and appointment sections of every Samgha Committees are carried out by Samgha by themselves each other. The meeting of Samgha of respective based village or quarters proposes. The Samgha who will be selected and the decision are confirmed by staying quiet and rejecting in the middle of Samgha. The proposed Samgha may be confirmed by one, two or three time of proposal. Sometimes the decision is made by secret voting if two Monks are competing equally.

In the elections of Samgha Committees, the Ministry of Religious Affairs carries out only as Upatthambhaka and does not interfere in the Selections of Samgha Committees. On the implementation of Samgha affairs by Samgha, the respective regional authorities of organizations have to help for only security.
