Opening by reciting the stanza:”Sasanassa Lokassa………”Three times;

The Associate Secretary, Venerable Sayadaw Aggamaha Ganthavaccaka Pandita, Aggamaha Saddhamma Jotikadhaja Bhaddanta Nandasara who performed as the Master of Ceremony and The Vice Chairman, Ven. Sayadaw Aggamaha Pandita, Aggamaha Saddhamma Jotikadhaja Dr.Bhaddanta Panna Nanda who performed as the Chairman of it.

Then, the responsible First group of the Seventh State Samgha Mahanaka Committee read for confirmation of the second Meeting Record (pa-pyinccama 3/2018) and discussed for Viniccaya Affairs, Religious affairs, Educational Affairs and General Affairs. Then, the Meeting was closed by reciting “Buddha Sasanan Ccirantithatu” three times at 5:oo pm.

The Fourteen members Venerable Sayadaws of  the State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee attended to the Meeting except the Ven. Sayadaw Dr. Bhaddanta Tezorsara Bivamssa( Aggamaha Ganthavaccaka Pandita, Aggamaha Sadhammajotikadhaja). And U Tun Nyunt, the Director of Dep. of Sasana and Viniccaya Affairs, and the officers and  service personnel of the Dep. Of Religious Affairs and  the Dep. of Promotion and Propagation of Sasana attended to the meeting.
