1. State Samgha Maha Nayaka Committee must form surprising committee consisting of State Ovadacariya Monks who admonish to the Samgha. The Venerable Monks must appeal to the latter to carry out supervision of First Selection of State Central Samgha Vansaung (The Venerable monks who are doing honorable tasks of the Sasana) and Selection of State Samgha MahaNayaka Committee. 2. The Vacancies for Representative Samutti Samgha, Vinaya Dura Samgha, Samgha and Vansaung, Samgha, Samgha-Nayaka, Samgha Ovadacariya Samgha must be selected and substituted according to the formalities. (San/cee/para-50)
3. State Samgha Maha Nayaka Committee must form Supervision Committee of First Selection of State Central Samhga Vansaung and Selection of State Samgha Maha Nayaka consisting of 3 to 15 Venerable Monks of State Ovadacariya Monks and must appeal to the latter to Supervise by Specifing duties and responsibilities. 4. State Samgha Maha Nayaka Committee must form the Supervising Committee of Selecting and substituting the vacancies for State Ovadacariya and State Samgha Mahanayaka Monks consisting of one Venerable Monk of State Ovadacariya and two Venerable Monks of State Samgha Maha Nayaka and must appeal to the latter to supervise by specifying duties and responsiblities.

Remarks-  Respective Samgha Maha Nayaka Committee must nominate president and members of respective supervising Committees.
