After the Meeting was opened by reciting the verse: “Sasanassa cca Lokassa” and the Associate Secretary of State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee Aggamaha Panddita Dhamma Yaungchi Sayadaw Bhaddanta Agga Dhamma performed as the Master of Ceremony of the Meeting and the Vice Chairman of State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee Abhidhaja Maharathaguru Sinmin Sayadaw performed as the President of it.

          Then the Venerable Sayardaws of the Responsible third group of the Seventh State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee made decision and confirmed the record of  Fifth,First-Meeting ,the reporting of Religious Affairs, Educational Affairs and General Affairs. The Meeting was closed by “Buddha Sasanan Ccirantitthatu” at 4:15.

          The 14 Venerable Sayadaws of the third responsible third group of the Seventh State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee except the Venerable Masoerain Sayadaw and the Director U Tun Nyunt, the Director U Tun Zaw Myint who led the officers and service personnel of the Department of Religioud Affairs and The Department of Promotion and Propagation attended to the Meeting.
