The Meeting was opened by reciting  the verse:“ Sasanassa cca lokassa” Aggamaha Panddita, Dvipittaka Dhamma Yaungchi Sayardaw Bhaddanta Aggadhamma  performed as Master of Ceremony of the Meeting. And the Vice Chairman of State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee Abhidhajamaharathaguru  Sinmin Sayadaw Obarsar Bivamsa performed as the Chairman of Meeting.

        Then,  The  Venerable Sayardaws of Third responsible group of theSeventh State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee confirmed the record of Fifth,   Third-Meeting, Viniccaya Affairs, Educational Affairs and General Affairs. The ceremony was closed by reciting “Buddha Sasanan Ccirantitthatu” 3 times at 4:30pm.

The Venerable Sayardaws of the third responsible group the Seventh State Samgha Mahanayka Committee and the Director U Tun Nyunt and the officers and service personnel of the Department of Religious Affairs and the Department of Promotion and Propagation of Sasana.
