After the Meeting was opened by reciting the verse: “Sasanassa cca Lokassa” 3 times and the Associate Secretary of State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee Aggamaha Ganthavaccaka Panddita Venerable Sayadaw Bhaddanta Nandasara performed as the Master of Ceremony of the Meeting and the Vice Chairman of State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee Abhidhaja Agga-Mahasaddhamma Jotika Venerable Sayadaw Baddanta Obarsa performed as the President of it.

          Then the Venerable Sayardaws of the Responsible First group of the Seventh State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee made decision and confirmed the record of  Fifth,First-Meeting ,the reporting of Religious Affairs, Educational Affairs and General Affairs. The Meeting was closed by “Buddha Sasanan Ccirantitthatu” at 3:15.

          The 14 Venerable Sayadaws of the First responsible  group of the Seventh State Samgha Mahanayaka Committee except Agga-Maha Pandita, Agga-Mahasaddhamma Jotika  Venerable Loinlin Sayadaw Dr.Baddanta Panna Nanda and Agga-Maha Ganthavaccaka Pandita, Dhamma Kathika Bahujanahitadhara the Venerable Sayadaw Dr. Bhaddanta Viccakhanna and the Director U Tun Nyunt who led the officers and service personnel of the Department of Religious Affairs and The Department of Promotion and Propagation of the Sasana attended to the Meeting.
